Katie Holmes started out as the girl next door with her character, Joey Potter, on the teenage cult show, Dawson’s Creek. Girls wanted to be her, guys wanted to go out with her. But who are we kidding, characters like the sweet Joey Potter can’t last forever. Katie now runs with the Hollywood elite with her hubby, Tom Cruise, always by her side… hence the birth of their nickname, TomCat (though I gotta say, I liked Bennifer more… just runs off the tongue better, agreed?). Katie’s newest project of late is starring as the iconic former First Lady, Jacqueline Kennedy, in the History Channel’s original miniseries, The Kennedys.
