To Geek or Not to Geek – That Is the Question

It’s becoming more and more apparent that there’s a Geek with some Chic inside all of us. Sure, maybe it’s been hiding longer for some than for others. And there’s a chance this little Geek persona is still shaking in it’s boots and won’t surface for you… well… ever. Never the less, this realization has made me want to take a step back from this sudden rush of urban retro style and analyze. From hours upon hours of intense research, I have come to the conclusion that, while this style is obviously meant for many, when you get it wrong, all eyes are on you… and not in a good way. So, now I pose this question to you my LensWay comrades… To Geek or Not to Geek?

What do you think… am I missing anyone that should be on this ground breaking style list?

Jay-Z is looking more dapper & less rapper	Kelly Osbourne is rocken’ her high fashion geek chic status	Jonny Depp embraces his enigmatic aura with bold frames
JT proves the Geek + Humor = Lady Magnetic theory true	Josh Hartnett is the real Geek deal, there’s no denying that	Cate Blanchett’s beauty is given a breath of fresh ‘Geek Chic’ air

Not To Geek

Madonna needs to keep her inner Geek hidden far far away, we can’t do it all!	Kanye West can’t hide his arrogant ways, even behind the thickest of thick frames	Britney Spears is close to pulling off this look… but went just a couuuple sizes too big
Tyra Banks herself doesn’t seem too sure about this look, though she has the color all right!	Purple suit, floral shirt, bow tie & Geek Chic glasses – sorry Henry Holland, too much to compute!	Would you like some wine with that cheese Robert? Just say ‘no’ to matching lens tints & bow ties!
