After months of day dreaming and MySpace replaying, I finally had the pleasure of swaying, bopping and finger-snapping in person to this classically smooth Motown artist. While he was tilting, dipping, spinning and, of course, finger-snapping, this man of Motown was able to captivate over 2500 people, aged anywhere from 18 and 65 years old.
How is this 44 year old able to captivate the ears of 18 year olds while still resonating with their parents? If you listen to his new album, The Way I See It, you’ll see how his music almost transcends genres.

The big screen has been a constant source for eyeglass trends over the years. Some have resurfaced across the globe after a couple of decades, like Clark Kent’s alternative geek chic frames in Superman, while others (thankfully) seem to have a stronger impact on screen than off, like Raoul Duke’s yellow, over-sized aviators in Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.

From Astronaut to Nascar Driver, Barbie has just about done it all. So what’s next for this overachiever? Conquering the IT world of course! Thanks to an online vote hosted by Mattel, Computer Engineer Barbie has become the latest addition to the ever expanding collection.
Let’s talk about the overall look. As cute as it is unrealistic in the engineering world, Barbie’s thick “geek chic” glasses aren’t half bad.
